2 Books for Mental Wellbeing
I want to share a few things with you that have been supporting my wellbeing the last several weeks. Starting with the obvious one coming from me (lol) ...

1️⃣ Physical wellbeing.

Making sure I move every day, whether it's going for a 20-minute walk or knocking out a 30-minute circuit workout.

I'm grateful to have learned the "abandoning my exercise routine" lesson years ago.

From my observation, even the crazy motivated humans aren't immune from falling into this trap. It's enticing, but the truth is... if we're not careful, an innocent 2-3 days off can turn into 2-3 weeks at the blink of an eye.

If you've already fallen into the trap, please... no self-judgement. Today is a new day, so plan something small to get back into it tomorrow.

2️⃣ Mental wellbeing.

On top of maintaining an "at home schedule" and doing my best to FaceTime a friend or family member at least once per day, I've been reading.

Like the exercise abandonment lesson, I know what happens to my positive outlook when I stop reading good things. It's not pretty.
